PROJECT

When designer homewares brand In Common With planned to open their first retail destination in Manhattan, they needed a name that felt simple, evocative, and meaningful. The concept store is styled as a personal residence in a 19th-century loft, combining a traditional showroom with a gallery and a hospitality space.

After in-depth exploration, we landed on Quarters: a name that telegraphs the brand’s unique balance of Old World romance and modern restraint. I later helped update their boilerplate copy.
